The Philips HF-P 218/136 TL-D III is a fixed output high frequency ballast for use with 2 x 18w or 36w fluorescent lamps, or alternatively it can run 2 x 36w PL-L CFL lamps. This ballast has a flicker free warm start, electrode heating cut off, Low energy consumption and automatic stop circuit (stop start). The Philips HF-P is often used in Department stores, Airports, Railway stations, Hotels and Hospitals.
